RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – NOSTALGEEK
Withdrawal period
In accordance with the rules applicable to distance sales, you generally have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to give a reason.
After informing us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

Return shipping costs
The direct return costs associated with exercising the right of withdrawal are the customer's responsibility, unless NostalGeek expressly agrees to cover them or the law provides otherwise.
Condition of returned products
The customer is responsible for any loss in value of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
We recommend returning cards and collectible products in sufficiently protective packaging.
Refunds
Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, NostalGeek will refund the sums due, including the initial delivery charges up to the cost of the standard delivery method offered.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which NostalGeek is informed of the decision to withdraw.
For the sale of goods, however, the refund may be deferred until the products have been recovered or until the customer provides proof that they have been shipped, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method that does not result in additional fees.
Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product, contact us as soon as possible at NostalGeekOfficielle@gmail.com, ideally including your order number and photographs showing the issue.
We will review your request and apply the appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.
Collectible and sealed products
Any exceptions to the statutory right of withdrawal are applied only where the conditions laid down by law are actually met.
The fact that a product is a booster pack, booster box or other sealed collectible product does not, in itself, remove the consumer's statutory rights.
